Casa di Eliana

The house is on three levels: on the ground floor there are a living room and a bathroom + another living room not furnished yet from where you go to a courtyard. The first floor has a double-bed room, a room with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. The second floor has 2 double-bed rooms, a small living room and a bathroom with bath tub. On the 3rd floor there is a big kitchen and upstairs a laundry and a terrace.
"Casa di Eliana" is in the Alacantara Fluvial Park and it is only 15 kmts far from Taormina. Etna Mountain is 30 kmts far.

The house:
The house is on three levels:
- 4 bedrooms;
- 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath with shower and 2
- Kitchen equipped with sofa and TV;
- Terrace
- Large courtyard surrounded by hedges and parking
- Washing machine

Sleeps: 8 - Max 10.

The price includes: consumption of water, electricity, gas, linen, towels, various dishes, cleaning.

Check-in: after 16.00
Check-out: by 10.00.

Payment terms: deposit of 30% of the total momendo confirmation of our bank account, the balance of the payment the day of your arrival.
