The villa
The rustic-style villa consists of: 
- 2 double bedrooms;
- A residence;
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- A bathroom;
- Solarium
- A large garden;
- Parking.

January - March: € 390.00
April - June: €. 450.00
July - August: €. 550.00
September - October: €. 450.00
November - December: €. 390.00
Prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday, for a maximum of 4 persons. 
The cost includes:
- Consumption of water, electricity and gas;
- Bed linen and towels;
- Pots, plates, glasses, cutlery etc..
- Final cleaning.
Check-in: after 17.00
Check-out: by 10.00
Payment terms: deposit of 30% of the total of confirmed momendo to our bank account, the rest of the payment the day of your arrival
How to getin
By plane:
Catania Fontanarossa airport, then continued with private bus, and then to Recanati towards Francavilla di Sicilia, get off at Mitogio.
By train:
arrival of the railway station of Taormina - Giardini Naxos, then continued with private bus for Francavilla di Sicilia. get off at Mitogio.
by car:
Highway A18 Messina - Catania, Giardini Naxos exit ramp. Take the SS 185 to 57.II km turn left towards Mitogio. Follow the road sp 81 The second house on the left is Casa Nina.
